Waiter/Waitress (m/f/d) – We're Looking for a New Team Member

As part of the repositioning of our hotel and the development of a new dining concept, we are looking for a dedicated waiter or server (m/f/d) who is eager to help shape the future of our restaurant from the very beginning and contribute their own ideas.

Together with a young, motivated team, we aim to redefine our service and offer our guests a modern, warm, and high-quality dining experience.

🍽️ Your Responsibilities

• Serving and advising our guests with warmth and professionalism
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Actively helping to shape and implement our new service concept
• Ensuring a smooth service flow
• Preparing and cleaning up the service area
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the restaurant and guest areas
• Cash register operations and accounting
• Working closely with the kitchen and the entire hotel team
• Contributing your own ideas to further develop our dining offerings

👍 What you bring to the table

• Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Professional experience in customer service is preferred
• Enjoy working with people and have a friendly, well-groomed appearance
• Service-oriented and a true host
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Team spirit and a passion for building something new together
• Organizational skills and a commitment to quality
• Good knowledge of German
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays

💸 Compensation

• The minimum wage under the collective bargaining agreement is based on the respective pay grade in the hotel and hospitality industry in Salzburg and the agreed-upon hours of employment.
• Actual pay is determined based on qualifications, professional experience, and scope of responsibility.

• We are expressly willing to pay abovethe minimum wage stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement.
