Caretaker / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Description
We are looking for a dedicated building technician/caretaker with completed vocational training in a trade and professional experience. Start date to be agreed upon. The position can be filled on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) or on a part-time basis (18–20 hours per week).
Requirements
- Completion of vocational training in a trade (e.g., electrician, plumber) is a significant advantage.
- You should enjoy working with people, have a friendly demeanor, and be highly service-oriented.
- You will be responsible for, e.g.: Maintenance and servicing of equipment, including monitoring scheduled inspections Maintenance and minor repairs in the guest rooms
- Maintaining the required documentation for building services: swimming pool dosing system, CHP unit, control of the Sicotronic energy optimization system
- Winter maintenance and mowing in the summer
