Description
We are looking for a dedicated building technician/caretaker with completed technical training and professional experience. Start date to be agreed. The position can be filled on a full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (18-20 hours per week) basis.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g. electrician, plumber) is a great advantage.
- You should enjoy working with people, have a friendly demeanor and a strong sense of service.
- You will be responsible for, e.g: Maintenance and servicing of equipment or checking that it is checked at intervals Maintenance / minor repairs in the rooms
- Keeping the prescribed documentation in the building services: swimming pool dosing system, CHP, control of the Sicotronic energy optimization system
- Winter maintenance and mowing work in summer
