Description
We are looking for a committed building technician / janitor with completed technical training and professional experience. Start of work by arrangement. The position is full-time. (If desired, a part-time position with approx. 20-30 hours or a position as a mini-job would also be possible/520,- €)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g. electrician, plumber) is a great advantage.
- You should enjoy working with people, have a friendly demeanor and a strong sense of service.
- You will be responsible for, e.g: Maintenance and servicing of equipment or checking that it is checked at intervals Maintenance / minor repairs in the rooms
- Keeping the prescribed documentation in the building services: swimming pool dosing system, CHP, control of the Sicotronic energy optimization system
- Winter maintenance and mowing work in summer
