Construction Site Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a construction assistant or worker for our construction site. Our construction project will run through June 2027. If the working relationship is positive, long-term employment beyond that date is possible.

Responsibilities: 

• Performing all general labor tasks associated with the construction site
• Assisting skilled workers with various construction tasks
• Tidying up, cleaning, and maintaining order on the construction site

Requirements:

• Enjoyment of working outdoors—even in varying weather conditions
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Good German language skills (at least A2 level)
• Full-time (5.5-day workweek)

We offer:

• Attractive pay & fair conditions: With us, you’ll earn €2,050 net for a 48-hour workweek. Including bonuses, this amounts to an average net salary of around €2,400. In addition, you’ll receive vacation pay and holiday bonuses. Overtime pay is always possible depending on your qualifications and performance.
