We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager for our Obertauern hotels to start as soon as possible, with the following responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for all maintenance processes in three Valamar hotels in Obertauern according to company goals, KPIs and quality standards- Creation and implementation of a holistic maintenance plan for all three properties in compliance with legal requirements as well as control and optimization of maintenance costs- Organization and coordination of work processes within the department; active participation in the selection, induction and training of employees- Close cooperation with the hotel management and the central specialist departments of the Valamar Group to implement company-wide standards and processes- Communication and cooperation with external service providers, suppliers and contractual partners- Responsibility for compliance with all legal requirements in the area of technical building management

Requirements
Your profile:- Completed technical training at A-level (e.g. electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar); further technical qualifications are an advantage.); further technical qualifications are an advantage- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a management position in the field of maintenance - ideally in the hotel industry- Sound IT knowledge and confident handling of common operational software- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1/C2); knowledge of Croatian is a plus- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills- High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action- Comprehensive understanding of technical hotel systems (e.g. electrical installations, heating, ventilation, pools, kitchen technology, WLAN, telecommunications, etc.). Extensive understanding of technical hotel systems (e.g. electrical installations, heating, ventilation, pools, kitchen technology, WLAN, telecommunications, waste management, etc.)- Very good knowledge of relevant Austrian legislation- Class B driver's license required
