We are currently seeking a qualified, motivated, and friendly building manager (m/f/d) for our company
Are you handy, reliable, and do you love making sure everything runs smoothly at the hotel? Then you’ve come to the right place! Join a dynamic team and play a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and outdoor facilities
- Performing minor repairs (plumbing, electrical work, painting)
- Inspection and maintenance of technical systems (heating, lighting, elevators)
- Winter service and grounds maintenance
- Disposal of waste and bulky items
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position is a plus
- Confident, assured, and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive demeanor
- High level of motivation, flexibility, and resilience
- Good German language skills; any additional languages are a plus
- Team player, open-minded, and strong communication skills—you enjoy interacting with people and value direct contact
- You have strong organizational skills and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
