Join our team!
Do you feel comfortable working in reception and guest services? Do you prefer variety to purely desk-based work? Then this position is perfect for you.
Your main focus will be on reception duties, supplemented by fixed breakfast services and occasional support in the evening—all of which will, of course, be planned and coordinated fairly.

- Check-in & Check-out
- Personal and telephone guest services
- Processing emails and inquiries
- Support with reservations and daily schedules
- Management of guest data & overview of arrivals/departures
- Order and structure in the reception area
- Independent front office service (also with solo service components)
The reception desk is your main area of responsibility.
Additional: Service support
- Two fixed breakfast services per week
- Occasional support in the evening
Note: The duty roster will of course be adjusted—clear structures and fair planning are important to us.
Working hours & planning
- Early shifts starting at 7:00 a.m./8:00 a.m.
- Late shifts until approx. 7:00 p.m./8:00 p.m.
- Weekend shifts are a fixed component
- Days off mainly during the week

- Very good knowledge of German
- Good English skills
- Basic computer skills

Experience is an advantage, but not essential – an interest in hotel operations is what counts.We offer
