Description
The brückenWIRT is a family-run hotel and restaurant in the Salzburg region.
We stand for genuine hospitality, clear processes, and a close-knit team. We are currently expanding our offerings: On June 20, we will open our new terrace. And starting in mid-July, we will open the renovated and partially newly built Tennerhof with 15 new rooms. Renovation work will have only a limited impact on our daily operations.
For our front desk, we are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) who stays organized, communicates in a friendly manner, and makes guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
Requirements
• Check-in and check-out, as well as providing on-site guest services
• Handling phone and email correspondence, reservations, and preparing quotes
• Collaboration with housekeeping and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Billing and general front office organization
• Point of contact for questions, requests, and solutions in day-to-day operations
• Full-time position available (combined with breakfast service)
