The Hotel NockResort in Bad Kleinkirchheim is a renowned 4-star hotel located in the middle of the picturesque Carinthian Nock Mountains. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests. Requirements
Training in tourism and several years of experience at least as a deputy restaurant manager are required as a basis. As a co-host in the hotel team and organizer in the service area, a variety of tasks are included. Managing the restaurant team, training junior staff, planning the service process and efficient team scheduling. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for organizing the maintenance of the service areas, office, restaurants and bar. Your profile - Completed vocational training in gastronomy or comparable qualification - At least 3 years of professional experience in restaurant management - Sound knowledge of gastronomy and wine consulting - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure - High level of customer orientation and service mentality - Team player with a positive work attitude - Willingness to work flexible hours
