Opportunities for continuing education / certifications in areas such as coffee/wine/advanced culinary skills/communication/management/…—this is discussed in focus-on-interests meetings with the respective apprentice
The Hotel & Restaurant Specialist apprenticeship is a dual-track program with a significant focus on organizational and planning tasks in the hotel sector / preparations / customer contact; the Restaurant Specialist (service) component is also fully covered and included.
Meals are provided free of charge.
Free housing may also be provided if cooperation is good.
We are also happy to support you with exam preparation; vocational school takes place in blocks (10 weeks per apprenticeship year). During this time, there is no work at the company.
But before the training really gets underway, you’re welcome to stop by for a trial day so you can get to know our company and the entire team beforehand.
