Description
We are looking for a dedicated housekeeping employee (f/m/d) to join our motivated team starting in early December 2026—someone who, with care, reliability, and an eye for detail, will help create a well-maintained, comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
At our privately owned and modernly managed hotel, located right next to the Hahnenkammbahn in Kitzbühel, we place great importance on respectful collaboration, clear processes, and a pleasant work environment. You can expect to join a well-coordinated, stable team where appreciation, teamwork, and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do.
Your Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning and maintenance of our hotel rooms, suites, and apartments
- Changing bed linens and towels according to our quality standards
- Checking rooms for tidiness and any necessary repairs
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas
- Assisting with tasks in the laundry room as needed
- Adherence to our hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry
- An independent, meticulous, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and treat colleagues with respect
- Flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile in day-to-day work
- Knowledge of German (at least at the A2 level)
