Our family hotel Ramsi is located in the Carinthian Gailtal valley, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef or graduated from a vocational upper secondary school
- at least 1 year of professional experience in the profession you have learned
- Friendly interaction with guests and colleagues
- Care and pleasure in working with food
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Safe handling of kitchen and work equipment
- German language skills level B2
Your tasks:
- Preparation of evening meals and buffets
- Independent work in various kitchen areas
- Preparation of 5 common menus
- Consideration for the wishes of allergy sufferers and children
- Compliance with the applicable hygiene concept
- Control functions: Storage, hygiene, optimal food utilization
- Communication with kitchen staff, service team and superiors
- Language skills
