Requirements
This is what we want from you:
A completed vocational training and several years of professional experience of good gastronomy in the a la carte business
You have international culinary experience and enjoy incorporating new influences into your cooking repertoire.
You are open to a creative cuisine, gladly with your own, innovative ideas - show your handwriting on our changing menu.
Tolerance, appreciation and respect as well as the ability to work in a team in an international kitchen team are a matter of course for you.
A high affinity for regional products and a nature-conscious use of resources characterize you.
