Description
Join our team as a childcare worker for the summer season—starting in early July!
As part of your new job, you will be the first point of contact for all children aged 3 and above in the hotel.
You will be a magnet and highlight for all kids who want to spend some time without their parents while on vacation at our 5* hotel in Oberlech am Arlberg.
The minimum wage for our childcare worker position is above the collective agreement for a working time of 25 hours/5 days per week.

What you can expect:
- Our Sonnenburg Kinderwelt is well equipped and – as you would expect in a literary hotel – stocked with a great selection of books.
- You will create an exciting, entertaining program for the whole week and will therefore be a magical attraction for our young guests.
- The starting point for the daily changing program is ideally a story or a book, followed by crafts, painting, and games.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children
- You have a well-groomed appearance
- Ideally, you have completed training in education
It is a bonus if you have already worked in childcare at a 5* hotel.

Offer
In the area of entertainment, you are a one-woman/one-man show.
However, there are many opportunities to collaborate with other teams in the hotel. Are you creating a children's cocktail for dinner? The bar will be happy to help you! Do you need cookie dough for the afternoon program? Just ask at the patisserie. We enjoy working together to create a wonderful vacation experience for our guests.
At Sonnenburg Kinderwelt, you welcome the children, clarify the general conditions and any allergies or special requirements with their parents. You create a positive atmosphere in the room with music, scents, and order—an invitation for the children to feel comfortable with you and actively participate.
With variety and planning, you create and plan a harmonious Kinderwelt program that attracts the Sonnenburg children to you. Often, a book or story plays an essential role in this. You prepare all the necessary materials for this in the best possible way.
You take responsibility for "your kingdom" – the children's world. You take care of the craft materials, the games, and the entire program. You supervise the children's dinner and focus on the well-being of the children. You are in constant contact with the reception and management and immediately report any special incidents.
