We are looking for a motivated cook to join our kitchen team

Your Responsibilities—Responsibilities in the Cold and Hot Kitchen (appetizers, side dishes, salad buffets)—Ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks in the kitchen—Compliance with mandatory HACCP guidelines—Live cooking at the buffet—Responsibility for a workstation—Mentoring an apprentice / intern—Proper handling of food—Working according to our standards and checklists—Mise-en-place tasks—Participating in the daily kitchen briefing and regular training sessions 

What you should bring: - Completed culinary training or professional experience as a garde manger in the upscale hospitality industry - Very good knowledge of German and English - Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and leadership qualities - Good cooking skills - A friendly and warm demeanor
