Requirements
Your tasks
- Preparation of classic self-service meals through to varied daily menus in the LIFTHUS self-service restaurant
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and standards in the kitchen
- Organization of mise en place, storage and control of food
- Working closely with kitchen assistants and the service team
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef or several years of experience in the kitchen
- Passion for good, regional cuisine and creative new ideas
- Good knowledge of German
- Independent, structured and clean way of working
- Ability to work under pressure, team spirit and flexibility
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Language skills
