We are looking to strengthen our kitchen team: We are looking for a committed young chef (m/f/d) to join us at Familiengut Burgstaller in Döbriach with immediate effect or by arrangement.

What you will do

We spoil our hotel guests with our Familiengut gourmet board: breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, multi-course evening menu of your choice
We work regionally with influences from Mediterranean cuisine
Production & preparation of the dishes
Working at the specified stations/posts
Assistance to our kitchen management
Goods & quality control
Proper storage of goods
Compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements

First experience in the upscale gastronomy and hotel industry
Completed relevant training is an advantage, but not a must
A passion for good food
Enjoy your work
Friendliness and collegiality
Sustainability in dealing with food

Language skills

German

B1 (Intermediate)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Offer

Regulated working hours: 5 days, 5.5 days or 6 days per week - by agreement
