Are you motivated, committed and keen to immerse yourself in the exciting world of the hotel industry?

Then you've come to the right place!

We are looking for apprentices to support us in various areas at the Familiengut Burgstaller in Döbriach. During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to work in reception, service, kitchen, housekeeping, ... and gain valuable practical experience.

You will support the teams in the different areas and gain valuable experience!

Kitchen:

• We spoil our hotel guests with our Familiengut gourmet board. This includes a breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and a multi-course dinner menu. You will therefore help with the production & preparation of the various dishes
• Work at the specified stations/posts
• Assistance to our kitchen management

Service:

• Service support at breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Depending on time allocation, afternoon service at the garden terrace and bar
• Buffet set-up, service and clearing tables

Reception:

• Reception of guests
• Administrative work
• Preparations for check-in

Housekeeping:

• Cleaning of guest rooms (change of bed linen, towels, sanitary facilities, floors,...)
• Management of guest room articles (amenity sets)
• Cleaning of stairwells and corridors
• Cleaning of the general areas in the hotel
