If you have completed your training and have professional experience in an à la carte kitchen or a similar position, are fully committed to your role, are creative and dedicated, and have a strong commitment to quality, then you’ll fit right in with our team! Experience in the following areas is preferred: Game dishes (from our own game farm) Fish dishes (from our own ponds) Fresh Austrian cuisine
