- Completed training as a chef or relevant professional experience
- Passion for good food and high-quality products
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility
- Well-groomed appearance and sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of German to communicate within the team
