Our youth and guest house in Obertauern hosts school groups, youth groups, family groups, and clubs.
We’re all about down-to-earth, fresh cuisine and a supportive, respectful atmosphere.
For the upcoming winter season—from early December through mid- to late April—we’re looking for a motivated kitchen assistant to join our team at the youth and guest house.

Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting our kitchen team with the preparation and cooking of breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Cooking down-to-earth, balanced meals that appeal to young people
- Taking vegetarian diets and food intolerances into account
- Plating, replenishing, and serving meals
- Organizing kitchen operations
- General cleaning and tidying in the kitchen area
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

- Completed culinary training or equivalent professional experience
- Enjoy working in a kitchen environment
- A reliable, independent, and meticulous work ethic
- Team spirit, dedication, and the ability to handle a busy workload during peak season
- Friendly demeanor
