As a breakfast chef (m/f/d), you’re responsible for ensuring our guests have a great start to their day. With an eye for detail, you’ll prepare a varied and high-quality breakfast menu, manage orders, and—as the sole chef—ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting the breakfast menu
• Preparing egg dishes, hot, and cold breakfast items
• Setting up and restocking the breakfast buffet
• Preparing mise en place
• Ensuring quality, freshness, and attractive presentation
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Cleaning and keeping your own work area tidy
• Recording and verifying orders 
• Collaborating with the service team

What you bring to the table:

• Experience in the kitchen, ideally in the breakfast service area
• Enjoy working with food and preparing meals
• An independent, reliable, and meticulous work ethic
• A sense of responsibility
• Ability to handle pressure and an eye for detail
• Good German language skills are a plus
