Apprenticeship (m/f/d)

If you want to learn this trade with excellent guidance, you’ve come to the right place. We currently train approximately 7 apprentices across various trades. As such, Hotel Ortners Eschenhof is dedicated to training interested young people. The training covers all areas of the kitchen. Through training sessions for all apprentices, you’ll also gain insight into other related trades. At the Eschenhof, you’ll enjoy regular working hours with two days off per week. We also provide full support for continuing education or apprentice competitions. We offer training in the following professions: chef, restaurant specialist, hospitality specialist, and hotel and restaurant management (HGA). With our 27-member team, we ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing vacation in a harmonious environment. We are a close-knit community that works together closely. We value the contribution of each of our employees. It is also important to us that every employee enjoys their regular time off; days off are coordinated weekly in advance. Likewise, regular challenges are discussed weekly. We are a young team with many professionals in their respective fields. We are open-minded, so we look forward to welcoming every new team member.
