Section Chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for another skilled chef to start immediately and work through the end of the season in mid-September. An attractive bonus will be paid at the end of the season as a reward for this short-term assignment.

As a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) at Hotel Lohmann, you’ll work as part of a small team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests’ culinary needs are met each day and will lead a small kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the cold storage and warehouse, overseeing the cleaning of the kitchen, warehouse, and cold storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. Most of our meals are prepared in an off-site production kitchen and reheated on-site. Your team also includes 2.5 kitchen assistants and a dishwasher.
