To strengthen our dynamic and competent kitchen team, we are looking for an interested and motivated young person (m/f/d) who is ready to join our team and complete a 3-year apprenticeship as a chef in the region's leading hotel. This position is available from September.

This is what you will learn with us:

- Preparation of ingredients: Washing, cutting, peeling vegetables, fruit, meat, etc.

- Mise en place: preparing everything for service (e.g. weighing ingredients, preparing equipment)

- Preparing simple dishes: Salads, soups, side dishes, simple appetizers and desserts

- Assistance with cooking: Assisting with cooking under the guidance of the specialist staff
