You should have the following: • Experience in à la carte and half-board service • Ability to work independently and flexibly • You are self-confident and goal-oriented Your profile: • Completed training as a chef (m/f) • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position • Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene regulations, HACCP, hazardous substances regulations, and occupational safety • Experience with vegetarian and vegan cuisine • Strong focus on guests and service • Resilient, reliable, honest, punctual, and a team player • High level of commitment • Well-groomed appearance and good manners
