Description
We pamper our guests to the highest standard with a focus on organic and regional cuisine: in the morning: organic wholefood breakfast with over 100 products from the buffet, in the afternoon: wellness buffet with homemade pastries, salads, soups and pastries, in the evening: a multi-course gourmet menu. Your tasks as a pastry chef include cooking and baking cakes and pastries for our afternoon buffet.

Requirements
Completed training as a confectioner/pâtissier/chef (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience desired.
Independent, fast and precise work in the kitchen with a focus on economic working methods.
