Description
In the apprenticeship restaurant specialist young people learn to use their personal skills in daily contact with guests from a wide range of social circles and different nations. The tasks are as varied as the guests: from advising on the choice of menu and beverages to professional serving (including cocktails, etc.). Responding to the personal wishes and needs of the guest also requires great empathy. Gaining knowledge about the cultivation, production and enjoyment of wine in the in-house vineyard is an additional focus.
Requirements
If you have completed 9th grade with a good report card, enjoy working in a team and having fun with people, and have a high level of commitment and willingness to learn, then you've come to the right place!
