Your Role: A Beauty Specialist Dedicated to Well-Being
At the spa, you’ll work closely with guests and give them your full attention. You’ll perform treatments with calmness, care, and professional expertise. You’ll assess each guest’s skin, needs, and current state, and tailor your treatments accordingly—clearly and reliably.
Your Responsibilities:
- Performing high-quality facial and body treatments
- Providing personalized consultations to our guests with warmth and expertise
- Creating a calm, trusting treatment atmosphere
- Treating our guests with care and discretion
- Preparing and cleaning up the treatment rooms
- Adherence to high hygiene and quality standards
- Working closely with the front desk and the spa team
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a cosmetologist
- Professional and technical expertise, ideally in a comparable hotel category
- An understanding that a sense of well-being comes down to the details
- Enjoyment in helping people take a mindful break from their daily routine
- A very high degree of empathy and professionalism
- A calm, pleasant demeanor and a confident presence
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- A well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- A meticulous, structured approach to work
- Fluency in German and advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
