Requirements
* a successfully completed apprenticeship or a lot of experience in the gastronomy and hotel industry, preferably already as a chef or sous-chef * leadership qualities - especially in relation to the team * creativity & initiative * humanity & assertiveness * a lot of joy and fun in cooking itself, but also in the organization, which means ... * ... Responsibility in the areas of purchasing, ordering, personnel planning, etc. * Independence and reliability as well as punctuality and respect for everyone * very good knowledge of German * a confident, open and cordial demeanor towards guests and colleagues * fair cooperation within the team
