Requirements
* A successfully completed apprenticeship or extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, preferably as a head chef or sous chef * Leadership skills—especially when it comes to managing a team * Creativity and initiative * Empathy and assertiveness * A genuine passion for cooking itself, as well as for organization, which means... * ... Responsibility for purchasing, ordering, staff scheduling, etc. * Independence and reliability, as well as punctuality and respect for everyone * Very good German language skills * A confident, open, and warm demeanor toward guests and colleagues * Fair cooperation within the team
