Requirements
- Completed vocational training (chef) & at least 5 years of professional experience - Coordination of the entire kitchen area to ensure smooth operation and organization of the duty roster for the entire kitchen staff - Plan and manage food preparation and culinary activities - Change and create menus that meet quality standards - Responsibility for the use of goods - Honesty, loyalty and reliability - Thinking along with and supporting our Trattlers Hofleute philosophy We are looking for a committed personality, preferably from the second row, who would like to realize their potential in the management of our team.
