Sous chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for an employee who loves and lives Austrian cuisine! You will support the head chef in his area of responsibility. Do you have knowledge of Austrian and international cuisine and want to meet the most diverse requirements and wishes of our guests with great attention to detail and creative ideas? Do you enjoy working in a team with experienced professionals and want to be part of a successful company? You work in an organized and independent manner. You buy according to economic criteria, are confident in your calculations, know the hygiene guidelines and are creative when creating menu suggestions. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foodstuffs and have gained experience in upscale gastronomy in recent years.
