Requirements
Completed vocational training and several years of experience in kitchen management
Passion for innovative cuisine
Experience in planning and organization
Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
Creating/helping to create the work schedule for the kitchen team
Independently designing the menu sequence for our half-board meals
Organizing and leading the kitchen team
Structured, organized, and cost-effective thinking and work methods
Purchasing, inventory management, and WES
