Chef (m/f/d)

Deutschland, Bayern

Description

Seeking a leader with heart and a passion for good food: Become a Head Chef (m/f/d) at Leiners!

Since the 1920s, the name Leiner has stood for hospitality with soul in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. What began with the pioneering spirit of our great-grandmother Pauline, we continue today as a modern family hotel with 33 rooms—and this is exactly where you come in. We are looking for a strategic leader who can bring our “fantastically family-friendly” philosophy to life on the plate while managing kitchen operations with business acumen.

As our new Executive Chef (m/f/d), you’ll set the pace in the kitchen and work closely with hotel management. You love the craft and fresh, family-friendly cuisine, but you also maintain a clear overview of budget planning, F&B controlling, and team development. We offer you the creative freedom to bring your ideas to life, as well as full support as you get started in Garmisch-Partenkirchen (including relocation services and staff housing).

Become part of our story and actively shape the culinary future of Leiner!

  • Budget planning and monitoring of costs and cost of goods sold
  • Preparation of analyses, reports, and forecasts for hotel management
  • Further development of the kitchen concept to align with the family-friendly hotel offerings
  • Collaboration with hotel management on strategic planning and goal setting
