Description
We are looking for a head chef for our first-class 4-star hotel located directly on Lake Weissensee. We offer fine dining featuring many regional ingredients. A five-course dinner menu with a choice of three main courses. The team includes a sous chef, two kitchen assistants, and a dishwasher.
Requirements
Kitchen management for a half-board establishment; no à la carte service. Independent procurement of all food items. Leadership of the kitchen team. At full capacity, approximately 65 guests need to be catered for. Guests select their meal options in the morning during breakfast.
