Head Chef (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You will manage the kitchen and oversee all operations
• You lead your team, schedule shifts, and ensure structure
• You will develop dishes and contribute your own ideas
• You always keep quality, hygiene, and costs under control
• You handle purchasing, inventory flow, and storage

What you should bring to the table:

• Completed culinary training and solid experience
• Initial or several years of management experience
• A clear head even in stressful situations
• Enjoyment of teamwork and taking on responsibility
• An eye for quality and good food
