Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Working independently and assisting the head chef in the à la carte and half-board kitchen
  • Preparation and plating of dishes
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Working responsibly and independently in day-to-day operations
  • Good communication within the team and coordinated work with the kitchen staff
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen techniques and good German 

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • An independent and reliable work ethic
  • Knowledge of food preparation, plating, and quality control
  • Ability to handle pressure and work well under stress during peak hours
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly and effectively within the kitchen team
  • Completed training or comparable experience is a plus
