Description
Your responsibilities:
- Working independently and assisting the head chef in the à la carte and half-board kitchen
- Preparation and plating of dishes
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Working responsibly and independently in day-to-day operations
- Good communication within the team and coordinated work with the kitchen staff
- Basic knowledge of kitchen techniques and good German
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- An independent and reliable work ethic
- Knowledge of food preparation, plating, and quality control
- Ability to handle pressure and work well under stress during peak hours
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly and effectively within the kitchen team
- Completed training or comparable experience is a plus
- Language skills

B2 (good intermediate level)
