To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, and reliable Head Chef (m/f/d) for our Alpine restaurant!
We are looking for a creative and passionate head chef for our newly acquired restaurant at the DAS WISMEYER ski hotel! If you have a talent for Alpine à la carte cuisine and a knack for delicious half-board dishes, then you’ve come to the right place.
Requirements
- Managing the kitchen and developing a varied and innovative menu for our à la carte restaurant and half-board service.
- Ensuring the high quality and consistency of all dishes.
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
