We’re still looking for a young and well-trained team for “Die gute Luise,” a modern bar and restaurant!
We’re looking for team members who truly enjoy cooking and who are committed to ensuring that every plate tastes great, is served hot, and
presented perfectly on the plate and served to the guest!
In our modern prep kitchen, the dishes for our à la carte bar/restaurant are prepared using the most advanced
cooking techniques (smoking, freezing, etc.), so that by mealtime there’s no stress in the kitchen and we can focus entirely on plating the dishes!
Requirements
We’re looking for a young, motivated sous chef who has completed culinary training and has professional experience; technical skills and creativity are very important to us. Plating, in particular, plays a crucial role here!
A calm and professional demeanor when interacting with the team—including service staff—is standard practice for us!
Of course, as a role model, you should demonstrate punctuality, cleanliness, and a well-groomed appearance!
