Are you interested in starting a diverse apprenticeship in the tourism industry? At NockResort, you’ll receive a solid education as a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant (HGA) —with a clear focus:
- During the first 1.5 years of your apprenticeship, your focus will be on the restaurant, where you’ll learn about professional food and beverage service, guest care, and restaurant operations.
- After that, you’ll move to the front desk, where you’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, and get to know the heart of hotel operations.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Enjoy working with people and have a professional demeanor
- An interest in the restaurant and hospitality industries and languages (German and English are a plus)
- A willingness to learn, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
1000 € net / month
Credits will be accepted, and housing will be provided for the entire duration of the apprenticeship. Salary based on the collective bargaining agreement or experience.
