  • During the first 1.5 years of your apprenticeship, your focus will be on the restaurant, where you’ll learn about professional food and beverage service, guest care, and restaurant operations.
  • After that, you’ll move to the front desk, where you’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, and get to know the heart of hotel operations.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • Enjoy working with people and have a professional demeanor
  • An interest in the restaurant and hospitality industries and languages (German and English are a plus)
  • A willingness to learn, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude
