Animation Management (m/f/d)

An inspiring individual with a passion for movement, mindfulness, and nature who enriches our team and provides our guests with unforgettable experiences. As an all-rounder in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and nature experiences, you will be responsible for designing a diverse program that appeals to our guests’ bodies, minds, and souls—always in harmony with the Arpuria Way of Life.

What you bring to the table:

• in-depth knowledge of yoga and Pilates
• Work experience 
• A passion for experiencing nature and, ideally, experience with forest bathing, meditation, or mindfulness training.
• An open, warm-hearted person with an excellent sense of our guests' needs
• Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate with others
• A neat appearance and a friendly demeanor
• Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
• Proficiency in German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Leading yoga and Pilates classes tailored to our guests' skill levels
• Personalized advice and assistance for our guests
• Development of additional exercise and mindfulness programs (e.g., meditation, stretching, light fitness classes)
• Promoting relaxation and inspiration for our guests through professional and attentive care
• Active involvement in shaping and further developing our wellness offerings
• Close collaboration with the spa team to ensure everything runs smoothly
