Animation Management (m/f/d)

An inspiring personality with a passion for exercise, mindfulness, and nature who enriches our team and offers our guests unforgettable experiences. As an all-rounder for yoga, Pilates, and nature experiences, you will be responsible for designing a varied program that appeals to the body, mind, and soul of our guests—always in harmony with the Arpuria Way of Life.

What you bring to the table:

• Certifications and in-depth knowledge of yoga and Pilates
• work experience 
• Enthusiasm for nature experiences and possible experience in forest bathing or mindfulness training.
• An open, warm personality with an excellent sense of our guests' needs
• Willingness to work flexible hours and as part of a team
• Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and reliability
• Good knowledge of German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Leading yoga and Pilates classes tailored to the level of our guests
• Personalized advice and support for our guests
• Development of additional exercise and mindfulness offerings (e.g., meditation, stretching, light fitness classes)
• Promoting relaxation and inspiration for our guests through professional and empathetic care
• Active participation in shaping and further developing our wellness offerings
• Close cooperation with the spa team to ensure smooth operations
