We would be happy to provide you with an overview of your responsibilities:
- Organizing the housekeeping staff
- Responsible for our hotel and two staff residences
- Organizing cleaning and repairs for hotel areas, guest rooms, and staff quarters
- Further development and optimization of personnel management processes
- Administrative tasks and preparatory work such as ordering supplies and arranging repairs
- Close collaboration and development with the entire team

Requirements
- Relevant professional knowledge or professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Preferably previous management position
- Very good knowledge of German.
- Good knowledge of English
- Independent and clean organization of the floor team
- Friendliness and ability to work in a team
- Respect and appreciation towards employees and guests
- Clean and efficient work with valuable goods & equipment
- Purchasing, negotiating and checking goods
- Continuous development and improvement of the rooms
