We are looking for a motivated manager to lead our housekeeping team at our company and our guesthouse. We offer a varied and challenging role within a dynamic team. Career opportunities are always available within our company!

We’d be happy to give you an overview of your responsibilities:
- Organizing the housekeeping staff in collaboration with the manager and junior housekeeper
- Responsible for our hotel and two staff residences
- Organizing cleaning and repairs for hotel areas, guest rooms, and staff quarters
- Further development and optimization of personnel management processes
- Administrative tasks and preparatory work such as ordering supplies and arranging repairs
- Close collaboration and development with the entire team

Requirements
- Relevant professional knowledge or experience in fine dining
- Preferably prior experience in a management position
- Very good command of German.
- Good command of English
- Ability to independently and efficiently organize the floor team
- Friendliness and ability to work well with others
- Respect and appreciation for employees and guests
- Clean and efficient handling of valuable merchandise and equipment
- Purchasing, negotiations, and inventory control
- Continuous development and improvement of the rooms
