Owner's Assistant & Primary Point of Contact (m/f/d)
Brewery – Reception, Reservations & Organization
You are the first point of contact for all matters and the first face our guests see when they enter the Brauhaus. With your warm, professional demeanor, you ensure that our guests feel welcome right away.
As the owners’ right-hand person, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for guests, employees, suppliers, and business partners. You’ll coordinate reservations, organize operations, and actively assist with administrative, business, and organizational tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for guests, employees, suppliers, and business partners
- Warmly welcoming and attending to our guests
- Managing and optimizing reservations
- Supporting the owners in all organizational and administrative matters
- Scheduling, correspondence, and general office organization
- Assisting with marketing and communication initiatives
- Collaboration on analyses, key metrics, and planning
- Ensuring a professional and hospitable image for the company
Requirements

What Makes This Position Special
Our brewery has only 15 tables, which we aim to keep fully booked both for lunch and dinner. That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated individual who not only manages reservations but also thinks proactively, identifies opportunities, and works alongside the owners to contribute to the business’s financial success.

We’re not looking for a traditional receptionist, but rather a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality, organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’ll be the central hub of our establishment—the first point of contact for all matters and the most important link between guests, the team, and the owners.
