Reservation Management (m/f/d)

As Head of Reservations & Sales, you will play a key role at HOCHKÖNIGIN. You will ensure that every enquiry – from the initial contact to the final booking – is handled professionally, with a focus on service and sales.

With a clear overview and a sense of responsibility, you will manage the department, continuously develop processes, and make a significant contribution to the occupancy, sales development, and positioning of our hotel.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for structured, efficient, and high-quality reservation processing, including maintaining rates, packages, booking details, and relevant guest information in the PMS 
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience even before arrival and adhering to 4*S standards in communication and service quality
• Actively tracking offers, following up, and successfully converting inquiries into bookings
• Developing and implementing sales strategies as well as pricing and offer design in close coordination with marketing (campaigns, promotions, seasonal focuses)
• Maintaining and expanding regular guests
• Supportive, solution-oriented collaboration with the front office team
• Further development of internal processes and quality standards as well as ensuring consistent, brand-compliant guest communication
