Requirements
- Leadership: You already have experience in a management position in the front office or are ready to take the next step in your career.
- A Passion for Hospitality: You have completed training in the hospitality industry and have several years of professional experience in the front office.
- A Host by Conviction: You’re known for your high standards of quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Communication Pro: You lead your team with respect, communicate clearly, and treat both guests and colleagues as equals.
- Organizational skills: Even when multiple tasks are happening at once, you work in a structured manner, maintain a clear overview, and make confident decisions.
- Responsible: Budgets, key performance indicators, and business acumen come naturally to you.
- Fluency in Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Team player: You actively support your team, lead by example, and foster a positive work environment.
- Passion for the Salnerhof: You identify with our philosophy and want to work with us to create extraordinary vacation experiences.
