We are seeking a Restaurant Manager (all genders)for our retreat hotel for the 2026–2027 winter season. ...have completed relevant training in the upscale hospitality/restaurant industry and/or have already gained professional experience....impress with a confident demeanor and positive attitude; you’re dedicated, motivated, and flexible....count resilience and flexibility among your strengths....You present yourself well, are always friendly and polite....You are fluent in German and can converse confidently in English....You enjoy working in and with a supportive team.

Requirements
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Providing service to our discerning guests.
- Ensuring our quality standards through serving techniques, beverage knowledge, buffets, etc.
- Sustainable and respectful handling of beverages and food.
- Leading the service team, including providing guidance, conducting training sessions, and holding performance reviews, etc.
- Creating work schedules and vacation schedules.
- A hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Taking responsibility for your department.
- Monitoring cleanliness and hygiene measures (in accordance with legal requirements and a checklist).
- High-quality preparation and serving of beverages in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Close collaboration and coordination with management.
