Description
We do not serve à la carte. Instead, we have a restaurant where health and conscious enjoyment are equally important. Exclusively for a maximum of 94 hotel guests. For our Retreat Hotel, we are looking for the position of Restaurant Manager (all genders) from the winter season 25/26 . ...have completed adequate training in the upscale hotel / catering industry and/or have already gained professional experience....convince with a confident appearance and positive charisma, are committed, motivated and flexible....count resilience and flexibility among your strengths....appearance is well-groomed, you are always friendly and polite....German is fluent, you are also conversationally confident in English....enjoy working in and with an appreciative team.

Requirements
Overview of responsibilities:
- Looking after our discerning guests.
- Ensuring our quality standards with serving techniques, beverage knowledge, buffets, etc.
- Sustainable and respectful handling of beverages and food.
- Management of the service team including instruction, training, staff appraisals, etc.
- Creation of duty and vacation schedules.
- Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility.
- Responsibility for your department.
- Control of cleanliness and hygiene measures (according to legal regulations, control list).
- High-quality processing and preparation of drinks in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Close cooperation and coordination with the management.
