Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
Starting in December | Full-time | Grän & Schattwald
For our mountain restaurants, the Sonnenalm in Grän and Stube 15.60 in Schattwald, we’re looking for a dedicated individual starting in December who, with a passion for the restaurant industry, organizational skills, and strong leadership, will independently manage both of our restaurants. Our restaurants are located in the heart of the ski areas and offer first-class dining as well as a unique atmosphere that delights skiers, hikers, and food lovers alike.
Tasks
- Independent management and organization of our two mountain restaurants
- Leading and developing the team, including scheduling and shift planning
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience and upholding our high quality standards
- Planning, coordinating, and managing daily operations
- Responsibility for ordering, inventory management, stock levels, and inventory counts
- Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality, and safety standards (HACCP)
- Conducting employee training and ensuring comprehensive documentation and quality control
- Professionally representing our mountain restaurants to guests, suppliers, and business partners
Requirements
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the restaurant or hotel industry, ideally in a comparable position
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a keen sense of organization, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong service orientation, resilience, and flexibility
- Good command of German and basic knowledge of English
- Proficiency with MS Office and common IT systems
- A Class B driver’s license is a plus
Experience

The minimum salary for the position of restaurant manager is €3,400 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your exact salary will be based on your previous work experience and will be determined during a joint discussion. Depending on your qualifications and prior experience, a higher salary is, of course, possible.
