Description

Your role would be to lead our service team (12–14 team members) as part of a duo. We are looking for a team leader with empathy and leadership skills who works collaboratively within the team, supports our young talent, and looks to the future with motivation. We envision a dedicated individual—perhaps someone who has previously worked behind the scenes—who wishes to realize their potential by leading our team.
A completed apprenticeship is required.

Requirements
