Requirements
Your role
You will manage the service with an overview, warmth, and a feel for guests, and take responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the entire service area.
In this position:
- You will manage service in the restaurant as well as at events and for groups
- You plan assignments, organize processes, and develop your service team
- You ensure a high level of service quality
- You will work closely with the kitchen and bar
- You contribute your ideas to menu and concept development and actively shape our offerings
