Requirements
Your Role
You will manage the service with a broad perspective, warmth, and an intuitive understanding of guests, and take responsibility for ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the entire service area.
In this position:
- You will manage service in the restaurant as well as at events and for groups
- You will schedule staff, organize workflows, and develop your service team
- You ensure a high standard of service quality
- You work closely with the kitchen and bar
- You contribute your ideas to menu and concept development and actively help shape our offerings
