Description
The Krumers Alpin Resort & SPA***S is a well-established 4S hotel in the upscale segment with a capacity of approximately 250 guests. A key component of the guest experience is a well-organized, high-quality restaurant and service area.
The culinary concept includes breakfast and an afternoon snack served buffet-style, as well as a 5-course dinner menu with a choice of dishes.
Targeted improvements based directly on guest feedback are currently being implemented. Starting in July, operations will be further refined in many areas—with a clear focus on quality, processes, and the service experience.
Requirements
Your Role:
You are a host/hostess by conviction and lead the service team with presence, clarity, and passion. Together with your team, you ensure smooth operations and a consistently high level of service across all service areas.
Your responsibilities:
- Operational management of the entire restaurant area
- Overall responsibility for all service outlets, including the hotel bar and small bistro
- Responsibility for ordering and inventory management in the service area
- Active leadership and motivation of the service team
- Ensuring a structured and efficient service process
- Responsibility for service quality and guest satisfaction
- Scheduling and cost-effective use of resources
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and management
- Continuous improvement of standards and processes
Your profile:
- Experience as a restaurant manager, maître d’, or in a comparable position
- Strong hospitality skills with a high level of service orientation
- Leadership skills and a passion for working with a team
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong expertise in service as well as in beverages and wine
- Experience in ordering and the cost-effective management of inventory
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain an overview even during peak service times
- A stable, well-run establishment with clear structures
