Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

For our modern restaurant, we are looking for a committed and motivated Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) to support our team and successfully implement our gastronomic concept.

Your tasks:

- Management of restaurant operations and organization of processes

- Management and development of the team

- Ensuring excellent guest service

- Creating and adapting food and drink menus

- Providing our guests with expert advice on wine selection (knowledge of sommelier is an advantage)

- Monitoring quality and profitability

Your profile:

- Relevant experience in gastronomy

- Excellent foreign language skills

- Charismatic appearance and strong communication skills

- Sound knowledge of wine

- Strong leadership qualities and an eye for the big picture
