Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

For our modern restaurant, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated restaurant manager (m/f/d) to support our team and successfully implement our culinary concept.

Your responsibilities:

- Managing restaurant operations and organizing workflows

- Leading and developing the team

- Ensuring excellent guest service

- Creating and updating food and beverage menus

- Providing expert advice to our guests on wine selection (sommelier knowledge is a plus)

- Monitoring quality and cost-effectiveness

Your Profile:

- Relevant experience in the restaurant industry

- Excellent foreign language skills

- Charismatic demeanor and strong communication skills

- In-depth knowledge of wine

- Strong leadership skills and an eye for the big picture
